Ñ Images are available in TIFF format for your convenience.╩They may be used in any program that can read TIFF images.
Ñ TIFF images are located in the "01" directory/folder inside the "GRANDCYN" directory/folder inside the "CONTENT" directory/folder.
Macintosh Image Browser installation:
Ñ Insert CD in drive.
Ñ Double Click on the "Mac Install Me First Installer" to install Kudo image browser software on your hard drive.
Ñ Launch "Kudo¿ Catalog Reader¬" from your hard drive.╩Choose "Open Catalog" from the "File" menu and click on the catalog named "GRANDCYN" in the "Mac_Kudo" folder on the CD.
Ñ You can choose to copy the ╥GRANDCYN╙ catalog to your hard drive.╩It is located in the ╥Mac_Kudo╙ folder on the CD.╩Double-click on thumbnails to view image full-screen.
Macintosh Screen Saver installation:
Ñ Drag the "Grand Canyon Screen Saver" into your ╥Control Panels╙ folder inside your ╥System Folder╙ and restart. Set screen saver preferences by double clicking on the screen saver control panel after restarting.
Macintosh Quicktime installation:
Ñ If you do not have Quicktime installed, open the "QuickTime Easy Install" folder on the CD and double click on the "Installer" icon. Follow on-screen instructions.
Searching captions in the catalog
Ñ Captions for each image are in the ╥notes╙ field. To search captions, click on ╥Find╙ button in the menu bar.╩When the ╥find╙ dialog box comes on screen, change the pull-down menu from ╥Name╙ to ╥Notes╙, type in the word(s) you are searching for and click on the ╥Find╙ button.╩Double-click on thumbnails to view image full-screen.
